Our 2025 Impact Report Is Here

We are pleased to share the Elevate+ 2025 Impact Report, a reflection on a year of meaningful progress, thoughtful investment, and growing opportunity.

In 2025, Elevate+ placed 34 students in paid internships, bringing our total to 182 placements since our founding. Along the way, we funded more than $100,000 in student wages this year alone, helping ensure that talented students from low-income backgrounds can participate in formative professional experiences without financial barriers.

But the story behind these numbers is even more important.

Our interns contributed meaningful work to nonprofit and mission-aligned organizations across the country while building the skills, confidence, and networks that will shape their careers for years to come. At the same time, we made important investments in our own infrastructure, leadership, and programming to ensure that Elevate+ is positioned to scale responsibly and deepen its impact in the years ahead.

Looking Ahead: Funding the 2026 Internship Season

As we prepare for the upcoming summer internship season, we are grateful to share that Elevate+ enters 2026 in a strong financial position.

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we already have the resources in place to fund 30 students in paid internships this summer. That represents a significant investment in opportunity and a powerful vote of confidence in the students we serve.

Our goal, however, is to place 40 students in meaningful, paid roles across our host partner network.

That means we still have work to do.

Every Elevate+ internship is paid at at least $17.50 per hour, and students also receive sign-on and completion bonuses to recognize the effort required to secure and complete an internship successfully. Altogether, $5,000 funds the full internship experience for one student — covering wages, bonuses, and the resources required to deliver our professional development programming.

We are careful stewards of every dollar entrusted to us. More than 92% of our funding goes directly toward programming, and over 80% supports student wages and bonuses, ensuring that the resources we raise translate directly into opportunity.
